RITUAL BREATHWORK
BEFORE YOU GUIDE IT, EXPERIENCE IT
Ritual Breathwork is a practice you return to, not a performance you perfect. Join a weekly group journey in Ventura or online, mark the full moon and new moon in ceremony, or go deeper with a private session shaped around exactly what your body's ready to meet.
IF YOU'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE
You don't need to have a big release. You don't need to do anything except show up and let your body set the pace.
If your only experience with breathwork was a weekend retreat where someone cranked the music and told you to breathe as hard and fast as you could, this is not that.
There's no catharsis-chasing here, no blasting you out of your body, and no leaving you wide open with nothing to catch you on the other side. You'll be told what to expect before it happens. You'll always have a way out if you need one. Safety first, every time.

FULL MOON + NEW MOON CEREMONIES
We gather for a ceremony timed to the full moon and the new moon: breath, ritual, and intention held to the natural rhythm the body already knows, rather than a Tuesday that happens to be convenient.
Upcoming ceremony dates and locations are published in the live schedule.

A private session is shaped around your patterns, your intentions, and what your nervous system is actually ready to meet that day. No group pacing, no performing for anyone else in the room.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Wear something comfortable you can move and breathe in. Eat lightly beforehand.
You'll be guided through breath, with music and space to feel whatever comes up, at your own pace. Nothing is forced.
Integration matters as much as the session itself. Take a few quiet minutes before jumping back into your day if you can.
FROM THE CIRCLE
“The first time I experienced Ritual Breathwork, I felt like I came home. The level of safety held in that space is unmatched. Kali has a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and felt.”

CALLED TO GO FURTHER?
Some people come to breathe. Some come to breathe and then realize they're meant to guide it for others. If that's you, Ritual Breathwork School trains facilitators through the same trauma-aware method you just experienced.
