THE STUDIO EXPERIENCE
Some things have to be learned in the room.
This is an experiential certification intensive. You will move between nervous system education, facilitated breathwork, live demonstration, partner practice, group reflection, ceremony, and hands on coaching.
The room becomes the laboratory. You learn the framework, feel the method in your own body, practice guiding it, and receive the kind of immediate feedback that is only possible when we are together.
THREE DAYS TOGETHER
A complete arc from experiencing the method to guiding it.
Each day builds on the one before it, so you are never asked to perform a skill you have not first had the chance to understand and experience.
DAY TWO
Learn the architecture.
Cueing, consent based touch, music, ritual, session structure, live demonstration, and partner practice.
DAY THREE
Step into the room.
Facilitation practice, integration, professional preparation, feedback, and live application.

CERTIFICATION + PRACTICUM
Confidence grows through practice, not performance.
After the live training, you will guide six practicum sessions and submit your session materials and reflections for review. This is where the framework becomes embodied and where you learn to trust yourself inside the room.
When the training, practicum, and certification requirements are complete, you will be recognized as a Somatic Breathwork Facilitator through Ritual Breathwork School.

Choose the studio intensive if you want concentrated, hands on learning and immediate feedback. No previous professional breathwork experience is required.
