A NEW MODALITY FOR THE COMMUNITIES YOU ALREADY LEAD

You already know how to lead a class. Learn the modality that changes the room.

Your students already come to you to move, regulate, and feel better in their bodies. Somatic breathwork gives you a distinct offering for the moments when they need something beyond another workout or flow: a place to reset, release pressure, and come back into connection with themselves.

This is not a training in how to weave breathwork into a movement class. It is a complete modality you can add to your class list as a 60 minute Ritual Breathwork experience, a workshop, or a retreat offering. You will learn the method, practice leading it, and leave with the structure and confidence to begin offering it.

TWO IMMERSIVE DAYS

Learn the Ritual
Breathwork Method.

You will experience the practice in your own body, learn the architecture behind it, and build the class you are ready to put on the schedule.

01

THE METHOD

Understand the foundation.

Learn to safely guide the nervous system through the arc of upregulation and downregulation, held within a proven Ritual Breathwork framework designed to reduce stress and support a nervous system reset.

02

LEAD THE PRACTICE

Guide the full experience.

Learn how to open the room, set intention, cue each phase of the method, pace the music and breath, offer modifications, and close with integration so people leave feeling grounded and complete.

03

SAFETY + SCOPE

Lead with real confidence.

Learn contraindications, screening, consent, trauma-aware group facilitation, and the boundaries that keep the work clear and responsible in a studio setting.

04

PRACTICE

Guide it before you leave.

Receive the work, practice leading it, get direct feedback, and refine a clear offering for the people and spaces that already know your work.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INTENSIVE

Leave with a class you can confidently put on the schedule.

When the weekend ends, you will have a complete, repeatable 60 minute Ritual Breathwork class that you can begin offering in the studios and communities you already serve. You will know how to set the room, guide the experience, work within your scope, and close in a way that helps people land.

This is a focused training for public group classes, workshops, and retreats. It is not a facilitator certification or a training in private, one-to-one breathwork. It is a clear next offering for the people who already trust you to lead them.

WHO THIS PATH IS FOR

You already lead a room. Now you are ready to offer something more.

This intensive is for yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, group fitness coaches, studio owners, and wellness facilitators who want a meaningful new modality to add to their schedule. You do not need to become someone else or change the work you love. You will learn how to offer a powerful, stand-alone breathwork class that fits naturally alongside it.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Everything you want to know before you say yes.

How is a Somatic Breathwork Instructor different from a Ritual Breathwork Facilitator?

A Somatic Breathwork Instructor is trained to lead the Ritual Breathwork Method as a structured public group class, workshop, or retreat offering. Think of it like adding a powerful new class format to the work you already lead.

A Ritual Breathwork Facilitator completes the 3 Day Facilitator Intensive, six practicum sessions, and certification review. That path goes deeper into individualized support, trauma-aware attunement, integration, and holding more complex transformational experiences.

What will I be able to offer after the two-day intensive?

You will leave ready to offer a complete 60 minute Ritual Breathwork class in a yoga studio, Pilates studio, gym, wellness space, retreat, or workshop setting. You will have the framework, cueing, safety guidance, and lived practice to begin sharing it with the communities you already lead.

Does this training make me a certified Ritual Breathwork Facilitator?

No. This is a focused instructor training, not the certification pathway. It gives you a clear, responsible way to lead a public group breathwork class. If you want to facilitate deeper one-to-one or small-group experiences and pursue certification, the 3 Day Ritual Breathwork Facilitator Intensive is the next step.

Do I need prior breathwork experience?

No formal breathwork training is required. This intensive is designed for people who already have experience leading groups in yoga, Pilates, fitness, wellness, or retreat settings and want a thoughtful, embodied way to add breathwork as its own offering.

Will I actually practice guiding before I leave?

Yes. You will experience the work in your own body, learn the structure behind it, practice guiding key parts of the class, and receive feedback. The goal is not to leave with notes you will someday use. It is to leave prepared to put a complete breathwork class on your schedule.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Give your studio community a new way to come back to themselves.
